Brilliant product for overly dark hair
Original hair was blond ish with mousy roots and highlights then my hair dresser dyed it dark, but it was so dark if just didn't suit me. I bought this hoping to turn it caramel colour and it's done it (with a slight red/warm tone). It's picked up also on my older highlights, results look great. Will just use a toner now to neutralise the red ish tones. My hair also doesn't feel damaged but did use a decent conditioner after use. Would recommend a test strip, I did this prior to use and found the shade correct to final results

Completely useless
My hair is just as red as before despite it saying on the box it was for all hair colours, also lots of hairs came out forming a big clump of hair in the plug hole blocking water from going down. Don't waste you're time or money.

Excellent product!
This product is really good! I had dark hair and I used it ! Now my hair is lovely like I have got some highlights! It did great job ! Definitely your hair get lighter! :) thanks
