Not identical
If you've ever tried Mac matte lipstick formula you know it's good. They are pigmented, creamy, non drying and lasts a pretty good time. Whirl lip pencil it's one of the best color from Mac (in my opinion) also it's easy to apply and not to creamy. This duo looks good, however, have in mind that Whirl lipstick is darker than pencil.
