Face Scrub: Use morning and night. Apply a penny-sized amount to wet skin, scrub using a gentle circular motion then rinse. Make sure your skin is warm and damp, but not dripping wet.
Moisturiser: Use morning and night. Apply a penny-sized amount to dry skin, spread lightly all over your face and massage in well.
