I find this treatment essential in my routine. I think it's good for dry, afro, really curly or relaxed hair. I have relaxed hair and use it at night as it's quite heavy (I use an amount about a third of the lid size). It really does condition and moisturise your hair..although to me it strengthens slightly more than it moisturises. The smell is good and stays fresh. I will buy again.

This is helping my hair regain its natural texture after a series of ill-suited products have made it look as it had been horribly burnt. Not that it had, but the pattern of my curls and waves had been totally messed up and my hair looked as if it was in very bad shape (think Cameron Diaz in 'Being John Malkovich'). I first hesitated to keep the product when I received it because some of the ingredients didn't inspire me much (silicone, mineral oil, petrolatum), though Shea butter, which my hair loves, was also on the list. I decided based on the strength of the reviews and given the relatively fair price to give it a try. It is working wonders on my curly, texturised hair which seems to be regaining its natural pattern in a pretty, soft way. I used too much over the weekend and looked like I'd poured out a bottle of oil on my hair for a bit, but I let the faint rain fall on my hair to help today and it is looking just right now. I really like it, and will make it a part of my haircare regimen.
