Perform one full body massage or 3-4 back neck and shoulder massages with one candle.

Shampoo: Apply to wet hair, lather and rinse. Avoid contact with eyes.

Conditioner: Apply to the lengths and ends of clean hair and leave on for a few minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

Body Wash: Apply during showering or bathing using hands, a flannel or a sponge. Rinse.
