I love that this stops biting, as well as improves nail health. A lot of anti-bite polishes are very drying but this one seems to be working well for me (combined with a cuticle oil).

So far I am loving this product! Bitter tasting enough to put me off biting but my nails have really grown in the two weeks since I started using. 

It works just annoying having to reapply daily and waiting for it to dry. 

I went a whole month without biting my nails, this leaves a sour taste in the mouth but I like that it conditions the nails whilst preventing the biting! I stopped using it, then bit my nails again, so I’m back to using it all the time.

I bought this for my son, no more biting when he does forget on occasion, stops biting immediately good stuff👍
