I bought this to counteract the tightness and dryness caused by tretinoic acid. The allantoin in the cream and all the other ingredients help to sooth and heal the skin from the horrible dryness you can get when using tretinoin.  It did exactly what I expected although it is pricey. But here the saying ‘you get for what you pay for’ applies.
