I purchased this item mostly out of curiosity as I like to try out new things but it turned out to be a little hidden gem. The application is a bit messy (thus the 4 stars) since the product is essentially the consistency of water and you do not want to use a cotton pad for application to avoid wasting the precious liquid, because precious it proved to be. The label says to expect first changes within 5 days but I noticed an improvement in the texture and color after the first two days of use. The skin tone is more even, the wrinkles - less visible, and the surface shows plumper skin. I almost never leave the house without a bit of CC cream or foundation but for the first time I felt comfortable in my naked skin. Let's see what happens within a month or so but I already have a feeling that this is going to be a keeper.

I am a big fan of Deciem/Niod products . High quality products that work. This is great for your skin. Goes well with moisturizer, Messenger Mask at night. Fine for sensitive skin. Just a few droplets is all you need. Want healter, better looking skin. Try this religiously

I had noticeable scarring on my neck after a nasty bout of eczema about 1.5 years ago. There were red marks and it made me feel self conscious. Fast forward five months using CAIS and the scars have faded away to a point where you have to really examine to see the marks. Overall, this product is surprisingly good. I'm now 40 so I'm not expecting miracles however I genuinely see a difference using this and the daily serum. It hasn't made any difference to my blackheads (I have combination skin) but it helps with fine lines and scarring. I have very sensitive skin too and have experienced no adverse reaction from using these products.

I've had challenging skin for two decades now, dry and oily simultaneously, always semi if not fully broken out and with dullness and poor tone. I am used to layering on foundation to make my skin look presentable and wouldn't leave the house without make up, ever. I have tried everything from expensive brands to medical solutions but nothing has made a real material difference until now. Step up NIOD's CAIS: it's expensive but hey I'll pay anything/try anything and I had heard great things. It didn't disappoint. I am now on my 6th bottle and it's worth every penny. My skin is smoother, brighter and miraculously clearer. Don't get me wrong I don't suddenly have Jennifer Lawrence poreless skin but I can go on holiday and not wear foundation and can just apply a little concealer to cover the odd blemish. It has kind of changed my life! Try it. One thing to point out perhaps is that it broke me out for a few weeks initially but that is apparently normal for my oily skin type, it then settled down and I've seen nothing but benefits ever since. It just gets better over time.

The reviews implied this product would be fantastic, but I have noticed no difference whatsoever. I do have very good skin which I look after, but as I am over 60 it has aged. To clearly see if there was a difference I applied this to one side of my face only, twice a day as instructed, for two weeks now, and no difference at all, very disappointing. I will continue with my bottle on the one side to see if there is a difference longer term.
