I am extremely pleased with the shampoo and conditioner but disappointed that pumps were not included especially as this is not a cheap product.

What's going on?!
I've been buying this shampoo and conditioner for years and the product has always delivered. The conditioner this time, was full of white gritty chalk like material, and did nothing hit my hair!

Redman all soft
I love all redken hair products. The redken all soft range is fantastic. I have very thick curly hair which I noticed has become very coarse over the years. The all soft collection is fantastic After the first shampoo and conditioner you notice how soft and shiny your hair is.
