Redken Diamond Oil High Shine Conditioner (250ml)

I'm always trying out new hair products searching for the perfect brand / making the most of special offers! This is one of the only redken products I just can't get along with. I would almost go as far to say that I really hate this product. I have long, straight hair and this shampoo and conditioner range just leaves my hair in a knotted, dry mess. It gives minimal moisture, does not de-tangle my hair and doesn't leave me with a glossy shine or finish like I was hoping for. I would normally use my hair oils once a week but now i'm having to use oil each time I wash my hair, just to try and get the knots out! I guess this range might be good for women with very short hair/ men who don't want or need much conditioning.

This was delivered very quickly and the product is very good. I'm not really sure if it does make my hair extra shiny, but it is a light formula that leaves my hair very clean feeling and when it dries naturally, it looks the best I have known it to look - leaves me with my natural wavy hair, eliminates frizz and feels sleek and soft. What more could I want?

I actually purchased this by accident thinking it was the regular diamond oil conditioner and I was a little concerned when it arrived as it is a clear sparkly gel. I found this product to be really good, it smells great and is very moisturizing. My hair seems to get less greasy than with the original conditioner although it doesn't seem to blowdry as well as the original conditioner. I would recommend this and it works really well with the original shampoo.
