Avoid
Made my frizz - my hair sheds and regrows at a high rate and I therefore have a lot of frizzy re growth. This conditioner made my hair look like straw. I will go back to using a alterna moisturising conditioner instead!

Really solid conditioner
It does reduce the frizz in my hair and has been my go to for some time now. I do sometimes feel the need to reach for a hair mask here and there but it’s a good maintenance conditioner. I do use it alongside the shampoo in this range.
