Revlon ColorStay Make-Up Foundation for Combination/Oily Skin (Various Shades)

I really like the formula of this foundation, it applies smoothly and doesn't feel tight on my face. I did buy this as most people said it was a dupe for double wear, I think it performs just as well. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this after reading lots of great reviews. I am combination skin and always mix foundations to reach the right colour. So I bought this as a swatch for Nars Syracuse (after I found a blogger matched the colours) I bought golden caramel. So this applies great and the coverage is very full and it does last long. However it is VERY matte on my skin, it cracks as it's that thick looking and you can't apply under eye concealer as it goes patchy and doesn't blender out. It makes my contour stick in patches and not go on smooth. Sadly it also looks ORANGE. I don't mean tanned orange either I mean like a pigmented orange eye shadow orange. This is really frustrating and looks horrible in natural light. I hate to leave a bad review but I don't want others to make the same mistake. I will never buy this again.

Having always jumped from hundreds of different foundations over the years I have finally found a reasonably priced product that is long lasting (ie is still showing on my face after having applied at 6.30am in th morning and lasted the day in a hot sweaty office!). It's lightweight and having suffered for years with a combination/oily skin problem since my teens this foundation WORKS!!! I apply using a sponge or sometimes a brush and it always blends really well! Give it a go!
