Step 1: Mix plex 1 directly with your at-home hair colour at the developer mixing stage (see instructions for more detail).
Step 2: Once colour has developed as per your at-home hair instructions and is ready to rinse, rinse off your colour with warm water. Before shampooing, apply plex 2 to give an intense condition and restore hairs condition. Shampoo, condition, rinse as normal

I'm unsure how or if this helped protect my hair from bleaching it at home. My hair was already very damaged so I can't really attest to its efficacy.

Okay for the price
It's not as good as the original "bond" treatment but also it is much cheaper. Will use again and see.
