Directions for Use:

• Insert the headset cable into the control unit (do not remove or insert the cable while the unit is on)
• Turn on by pressing the on/off button and light 1 will flash
• Press the 'M' button to select your required programme
• Increase the intensity level by separately pressing both the left and right + buttons until you feel a tingling sensation (you may need to adjust the gel pad to find the best contact point)
• To decrease the intensity press the '-' button
• To change the programme press the 'M' button
• After use, replace the transparent plastic gel backings
• Always switch off the unit before moving the headset
