• In the morning, use fingertips to apply 4-5 drops of Silymarin CF to face, neck and chest after cleansing.
• Follow with 4-6 drops of H.A. Intensifier to the palm of the hand and dab onto forehead, cheeks, chin and neck.
• Finish by applying a SkinCeuticals sunscreen. This should be applied before sun exposure and generously to maintain protection.
• In the evening, apply H.A. Intensifier to the face and neck after cleansing and before any rich creams or moisturisers.
