Balanced
Really helped to balance me but a month was definitely enough for me as not I am back to normal. They are really tasty too. I would advise doing a hormone imbalance test before you start these to make sure you need them.

I normally have a really regular period and Normal flow , since taking these I was 7 days late and had a really heavy flow, since Iv come of I feel good , less fatigue in the mornings and general feeling of get up and go Is much better
