The deep sleep body cream, works well if the shower gel and pillow spray, for a good nights sleep 

I got this in the LF calendar and love it! I use this to moisturise before bed, it’s so soft and the smell is so relaxing.

I absolutely love the ‘this works’ deep sleep collection - especially the pillow spray so I thought I would love this - but sadly it went straight into the bin!  The scent is so overbearing and assaulting - it gave me an actual headache. Unlike the pillow spray which I feel Is a great balance of relaxing, and fragrant whilst still being subtle - the body cocoon is the opposite.  The texture of the cream is nice, and moisturising - but the scent was too much for me! 

I got this in the advent calendar and it smells so good and is lovely to put on your hands before going to bed ... not sure if it helps me sleep but the smell is very relaxing . 

I applied the cream to my hands chest and shoulders, I felt instantly soothed and relaxed, the cream made me feel very sleepy and I slept like a baby all night, I will buy again!
