Urban Decay 24/7 Eye Pencil - Perversion 1.2g is one of the blackest eyeliners out there. It glides smoothly and helps me to create dark, sexy smoky eyes. My only complaint is that it just doesn't stay on for a whole day, it smudges as the day progresses. I live in a very humid country so it's unlikely I'll find a total smudge proof eyeliner. Apart from that, this is an excellent product!

I tried Urban Decay 24/7 Eye Pencil after reading about it. All I can say is you will never use anything else once you have tried it. It glides on like a dream and does not smudge. At the end of the day it washes away very quickly even though it looks like it just been applied. It's wonderful.
