so relaxing
This capsule have been calm my nervs and "tendones". no se si es psicologico pero definitivamente me siento mas relajado y menos tenso. a lot of thumbs up for this. But the only thing is that I want to know where did get the info for the daily dosis recommended (by who) no dice en ninguna parte esta information que me parece super importante saberla.

Essential Zinc & Magnesium
Essential Zinc & Magnesium is a good product and a great price. I had been using Seven Seas Hormonal Balance Mag/Zinc/B6 for years, but sadly they have stopped production. I only used to take a half tablet a day and that worked for me, these capsules are the nearest I could get to that for the amounts of Magnesium, Zinc and B6 in a single capsule, great.
