Taste nice! Only used these gummy’s for the months supply I had, I’m on a hair health journey and I can definitely see an improvement in my hair but I can’t say if it’s 100% from the gummies or the fact I’ve stopped bleaching and using as much heat on my hair? But I would re purchase!

Nice formula

I prefer these to taking capsules, as I already take a lot of prescribed medication in pill form.  These are like chewing on a gummy sweet.  They’re the nicest vitamin I’ve tried. I can’t comment on how much of a difference can be attributed to these, as I am doing several things at once to try and improve my hair and nails, including treating underlying illness,  but I am definitely seeing improvements in my hair condition overall. I bought two bottles and intend to buy at least another.  I think three months before I make a final decision.
