I have really enjoyed this face cream, and has been my first purchase of any Aesop products.  The product itself is quite thick, and needs to be emulsified somewhat by massaging it into the skin, this is made easier if you are a user of other oils or serums. This product has great ingredients for those with sensitive and medium - dark complexions, with both zinc PCA as protective component, copper which aids to regulate and promote melanin production with soothing butters and oils. It does appear to have a very, very, slight green cast. If you do however, have rosacea, be careful as this product contains ginger and clove, which are vasodilators.

I’ve been purchasing this product for several years now. Nothing leaves my face feeling so soft and defended. It’s a bit pricey but a little goes on a long way. It smells divine. A winter staple
