Aveda Dry Remedy Moisturising Conditioner (200ml)

Good but expensive. Smells wonderful but I’ve cheaper products that do the same job

Aveda's Dry Remedy line works great on my thick and coarse hair. Used to use the Treatment instead of the Conditioner, but decided to try the Conditioner when I ran out. The Conditioner is more light weight than the Treatment so it is good for everyday use, however for my kind of hair I think the Treatment makes the hair a bit more soft and manageable. But it may be too much for finer hair types.

I rarely write reviews, but this product along with the Dry Remedy shampoo absolutely has to be praised! This is the first Aveda product that I tried and I'm so glad I gave it a chance. My hair is wavy, dry and very frizzy and I blow dry it almost every day. After only three uses of Dry Remedy shampoo and conditioner it looks much healthier, a bit thicker, which is a great thing for me, and has a great healthy shine. Doesn't weigh hair down. I tried this conditioner with Paul Kingsley Moisture Balance shampoo (which is OK for me, but not as good as DR) and it gives the same excellent results. P.S. Someone mentioned that it doesn't detangle well and yeah, it's not the best detangler but it's not that bad either and my shoulder length hair doesn't have a problem with that.
