I bought this mainly to rub on my sons chest at night to help him relax after his bath at night. The smell is quite subtle so is mild enough for all of the family. It has a variety of ways to use. I tend to put a little on cuticles, lips and as a balm to soften hands and feet. The essential oils used have a relaxing effect so it can be helpful to reduce stress if rubbed on temples and pressure points or used in massage.
