They are cheep and the pigment is good however they break easily so just be wary of that. The go in the waterline ok but you need to go over it a few times.

This pencil goes on the eye easily enough but there was no bold colour. Got the purple but it made my eyes look red and irritated. Disappointing

This is a great way to apply a splash of colour to yr eyes. It’s really soft and easy to apply. I am usually useless at applying liner to my top lid but this makes it so easy! I got the blue, a lovely vibrant splash of colour.
