Nice to use. They helped a bit, perhaps a distraction. I will buy again. 

I struggle really badly during totm and I swear these have helped me so much. The essential oils within these patches are so strong and calm any pains almost immediately. Love that they are discreet and last such a long time, I only need to use one a day sometimes every other day as they last so well! Would recommend these to anyone who struggles with cramps 

I think these are amazing, as someone who suffers with really bad periods and cramps, I find if I put one of these on my lower stomach and over my hips, the essential oils seem to really help and ease the pain, and if I feel it wearing off, I use lightly massage the area and feel like that ‘renews’ the patch. I would recommend these to everyone who suffers! 

I wanted to love this one but if you have painful periods this wont do much. It gave a slight cooling effect but didn’t affect my cramps in the slightest. Not fit for purpose or for intense period cramps
