I tend to get rough skin on my feet as I spend a lot of my day walking about. I had run out of my normal heavy duty foot cream and a friend recommended this. It smells lovely and I put it on at night and then put cotton socks on and allow it soak in. My skin is softer but I also use it in conjunction with a micropedi. The lip balm is nice but makes your lips tingle with the peppermint so I just use it in the day. The cuticle balm smells lovely but is quite solid so you need to be persistent if you want to get any out of the tin
