My first thoughts were nice bottle, like the pipette, comes out quite thin, colour match to my skin was good, and the product forms almost a silk-like texture over your face, making it initially seem easy to apply. But then, I noticed the smell, which I am afraid reminded me of an old-fashioned rose perfume, a bit old-lady, not a modern rose scent....and it lingers. Then I noticed that the product had settled into every line in my face and highlighted every pore, including the flakes around my nose that I didn't know I had. Then I noticed it had formed patches where it had sunk in better in different areas of my face. So disappointed, I am going to keep playing with it to see if I can mix it with any other products to make it better - but it had already gone on over serum and moisturiser so my skin shouldn't have been overly dry at time of application. Overall, this is a regret purchase.

The best foundation that I have ever tried. It applied so smooth and the coverage is amazing. It looks like I haven’t applied any foundation on my face . So happy . Will recommend to everyone

After watching Instagram stories regarding this foundation I took the plunge to order. I went for shade 400W which is a perfect shade for anyone who wears Tawny (DW) Stromboli (Nars) NC35 (MAC) this is long lasting and doesn’t transfer, which is what I struggle with having a newborn - he is constantly sporting an orange face! It is quite drying, but preparation is key. If you use a good moisturiser - glow balm (CT wonderglow) you should be ok! The main issue I have is the scent. Very over powering, and almost iron like. My daughter said my face smelt of 2p coins!! If you can see past that, and want to treat yourself I would to a pretty decent foundation, then go for it! I still prefer CT or DW. 8/10 in my opinion.

I tried this foundation as a recommendation from someone with a similar skin type to me. I went for the shade 300N which is incredibly pale and grey in tone. It is very heavily scented both in the bottle and upon application. It can still be smelt on the skin. It also settles into fine line and doesn’t blend very well. There isn’t anything hydrating about this it almost dries to a weird powdery finish. My husband asked me why I was wearing old make up. He said it aged me 20 years. I’m 31 needless to say I won’t be wearing this again! Such a pricey foundation and unfortunately a complete waste of money. Very disappointed

This foundation is unlike anything else I have used, it glides on effortlessly, feels completely light weight as though you aren't wearing any makeup but provides the perfect level of coverage to keep any imperfections covered up without looking at all cakey. It does oxidise slightly so I would recommend going a shade lighter than you normally would but it honestly my new holy grail foundation!
