I bought this for the ceramides, I’m not sure it made any difference but it did mean that it came out in a more gel consistency than the heavy thick cream. So depends what your preference is. I will say the gel texture did help it absorb quicker but that is to be expected 

I can use this on my face also and it works just aswell as the AM face cream

Good moisturiser for the body as it sinks in quickly so not left sticky

Struggled to find a moisturiser that didn’t irritate my skin and after much searching, I found this! It’s really nice to use and doesn’t cause any irritation to my sensitive skin!
