This product really helped me with the general discomfort around PMS - less cramps and pain, less irritability. It also seems to give your skin a heathy glow when in use. What I've found works best for me is not taking the product a day or two before your period nor on the first day of the period. I've found that when I take it too close I do experience slight cramping (spasms), but none of the general pain. When I stop taking it about two days before my period is due to start however, this doesn't happen.
