I am 49 years old going through the peri-menopause. In the last couple of years I have begun to experience joint pain, and I'm also feeling like the perimenopause is taking its toll on my skin. I read about how much collagen declines as we get older, particularly in women so I thought I would give this a go. I find it quite pleasant to take mixed with some squash, there is just a very, very faint taste of it in the background. I will continue to purchase this and hopefully it will do me good in the long run.

My fav collagen, it tastes lovely in orange squash

If I don't take collagen for a few days i can feel it in my joints (knees) and on my skin, this is my fav collagen and tastes lovely i mix it with orange juice/squash x

Slightly masks the taste when in tea or something strong flavoured but is still quite fishy
