Lovely smell and does refresh the eye are however it can leave it sticky and I don't think it overall helped with reducing bags.

This serum is light but effective, it leaves the eye area feeling refreshed and smooth. Sometimes it can get a bit sticky if too much is applied, but it has a nice scent and makes your under eye area very supple and reduces bags.
