It feels like I’ve spent a lifetime searching for a mascara that doesn’t smudge. Think I’ve literally tried all the “smudge-proof” mascaras and never found one that works yet - until now! I think I must be a very smudgy person. This doesn’t particularly lengthen but it DOESN’T SMUDGE and that makes it a winner in my book.
