A good liner does not smudge easy to use.

Easy to apply.. long lasting.. smudge free a really super eye liner.

I use a wide range of Estee Lauder products and they have all lived up to expectations. This eyeliner I must say I wanted to love based on reviews but honestly did it not live up to the accolades given. Yes it is black but however smudges after a couple of hours. Some cheaper brands have more staying power than this eyeliner.

I love this eyeliner and although I have occasionally been swayed to a different one I always come back to this as it is such good value for money and doesn't smudge or move. ..a big problem with me. It lasts for AGES too and is easy to apply. No lead to break off and it doesn't dry up (keep the lid on!)
