Taste is nice but not sure I firmly felt the purported benefits of ashwagandha 

nice taste (maybe a bit too much sugar), take these before bed to help wind down

I recieved an out of date bottle of these gummies, for which I was refunded,however I have used these gummies consistently in the past and will likely repurchase again, I feel calmer and sleep better although I have some crazy dreams 

Always helps me calm after use. Love the brand and the product. 

I bought these after a friend recommended them after I said I was waking up a lot throughout the night and I find they have helped so much! I just take one before bed and brushing my teeth.
