I used it twice a day. Didn't work for me. There weren't any different compare to other brands over the counter, which are half the price.

Such a great toothpaste, teeth looks whiter and I only use it for 2 weeks, perfect combination with the trays from them as well.

I bought this to take on my holiday, however I ran out so started using it earlier than anticipated. I really like it, it has a nice taste and definitely makes my teeth look their best! I would recommend this to anyone.
