Love you Look Fantastic but you are being let down by Hermes sadly. Change your courier.  Hermes are slap dash Chuck parcels over fences , say they’ve attempted delivery when they haven’t and trying to get in touch is like trying to find hens teeth. 

I was really surprised after all those positive comments. My hair looked awful after trying this shampoo. And I didn’t only use it once, but multiple times until I made sure it was the shampoo and not anything else.. extreme levels of frizziness and so much flyaway hair. Just a terrible experience, and my hair is not even that damaged 🤷🏼‍♀️

I use kerestase shampoo for years and this one Is my fav so far! Leaves my hair hair really soft before adding any mask and colour lasting much longer than ever!Thank you LF for your amazing offers and you best customer service ! Can’t wait for my last order to arrive ... woohoo!

My hairdresser recommended this (and not because his salon promotes it as he sneaks in his own to use with his clients). I have coloured icy blonde hair and this does make it look shinier. If you live in London with its hard water you need a good product to keep hair shiny and soft and this does. I am a little sceptical as I do think more mass market hair products can do the same job for less money but I’ll use it for six months and see if this really does stop colour fading as my hairdresser promises.
