I bought this set as a treat ...and was super excited to try them. I have slightly damaged hair and was hoping for shiny , soft locks. Unfortunately the shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel like felt...matted and dry. I reread the instructions and gave it another go thinking I’d done something wrong. My hair felt so strange like it had dried product on it. The products also had a strong chemical smell. I was so disappointed..Kerastase is an expensive product and I ended up returning the whole order. Please do not waste your money on these hair products!

I was reluctant to purchase these as the brand is so pricey, but after reading all the rave reviews about these products I thought I'd take the plunge and splash out. I honestly wish I hadn't bothered and feel like I've just wasted a whole bunch of money! Upon first use I was impressed at how well the shampoo lathered and how little product was needed, and thought the items smelt great, but that's where the positives end. Admittedly my hair was pretty damaged, but these products made it feel 10x WORSE! My hair literally felt like straw after using. I checked, checked and triple checked that I was using the products in the correct order to make sure I hadn't gotten it wrong and messed up somewhere, and they may work better if used differently, but no. I thought I'd persevere with it though, hoping that over time it would eventually try to work as I know sometimes it takes a while to see results, but as time went on it was just getting worse. I took a break and thought I'd try something different to test and after one use of a different brand my hair felt so much better. Switched back to try the Kerastase again to test, and straight away, first wash - dry, straw-like hair again? Not quite sure what's so wrong with my hair that it seems to work miracles for others and just completely wreck mine? I really wanted to love this, but it really was so, so bad for me!

Really lovely products. Couldn’t recommend enough. Makes your hair feel smooth and silky. It’s really Worth the money !

Since the very first use, I realised my hair so much shiny, soft, and better in all of the ways. The shampoo that I was using before (which actually was recommended by a salon and it was quite expensive) was leaving my hair so tangled and dry after the wash and to brush it was causing my hair falling down so much.  Just read the instructions! The conditioner has to be used before the shampoo. This is the first time I have ever done that, as I was using always the shampoo at first, and the results were incredible.  Just to mention that the smells seems like all the good and nice things in the world put into a bottle. And, in fact, it lasted for so long in my hair.  Absolutely recommended. Will definitely buy again ❤️

Great products ! Have tried several, and yet to be disappointed. The quality of my hair has improved significantly!
