A boost on bad days!
I generally have a very good diet/lifestyle. However my lifestyle also involves drinking and bad days - which is where this comes in handy to give me a boost! That's probably not the way it's intended to be used however it really works to boost me on my "bad" days!

Amazing stuff and lasts forever. I notice the difference in a few days in my hair , nails and skin as well as my gut health . It tastes awful alone so I recommend a smoothie or similar. Would definitely recommend

I’m not sure if it works like the other reviews(mentioning about better skin) but it works for my stomach. Any way, it taste like the ‘witch soup’ if you mix it with water but with juice, it taste quite fine because the juice cover the smell of it.

Obsessed with this
Really good quality superfood and this will last for ages. Allready feel my gut has benefited after a few weeks. My skin is also starting to feel better in these cold months. Kiki health is amazing quality.
