This is a very ineffective eye make up remover and quite a shock for a company like L'Oreal whose products are of a high standard and which I usually enjoy using. It is cool and refreshing to use but you have to wipe and wipe and wipe before it has any impact and this is just to remove ordinary mascara, with waterproof mascara it has no impact at all! A great disappointment.

Bought this one based on the previous reviews that I'd read here, stating that this remover was good for waterproof makeup/mascaras. I use quite alot of eye makeup, and it does remove it -but I have to work for it. So it does the job, but not effortlessly. A plus is that it acutally is very gentle, I've had no irritations from my eye area. Maybe that's why it's a little less effivient?

Like this remover as it is actually gentle and good for the daily make up.
