The texture was very good but the colour Golden Toffee was not at all the colour that was put. For that I am giving this product a 3 star.

Every time I have tried a drug store foundation it has been a bad experience. I usually use Mac foundations NC 42, recently I found myself completely out of foundation. I then viewed this product on lookfantastic.com . It was practically half price, and after watching YouTube reviews. And reading customer reviews on lookfantastic, I thought I will give this a go. I was pleasantly surprised and I am glad I gave it a chance. The colours are great which is amazing for a drugstore product. This product gives a nice subtle glow. The constancy is very blendable and buildable. It is described as light to medium coverage. But as a Mac customer, and a huge fan of face and body foundation, Which is famously light coverage. In my opinion, this foundation is medium to full coverage. I would say this foundation is suitable for all skin types other than very oily skin. The more I used this foundation the more I fell in love with it. Definitely one of the best drugstore foundations in the market. I was hoping to upload a photo for you but there isn’t an option for that.

This was my holy grail foundation before they changed formula for everyday wear! So this is my first purchase since the new formula came out and it's not as good! It's much thinner,yes It blends lovely but it just doesnt last as long and I find the coverage not as great. Why fix it if it wasnt broken loreal!!

This is a lovely foundation that goes on easy and you only need a tiny amount.

L'Oreal True Match has been reformulated, so I thought I'd give it a try. In the bathroom (artificial light) it did look good when applied. my skin looked uniform, with a good, almost velvety coverage. In daylight it was a different story unfortunately. This is the sort of foundation that highlights the texture of your skin as well as covering it. It still looked fine on the sides of my face & my forehead, areas where I don't have any flaws and my pores are still quite small (I'm 53). On my nose though the pores were visible, highlighted pale where the foundation was sitting in them - lots of little creamy dots. Also an icepick scar on my chin was full of foundation & showed more rather than less. There is some sun damage on my upper cheeks under my eyes, and this looked a bit 'crepey'. So the True Match highlighted flaws that were there, rather than disguised them. On the plus side, the coverage is good for such a light foundation, and if you were under 40 I think it would be a good foundation to use. Not for older skin though.
