Only toner that really works for me!

Used a lot of toners as I’ve had bleach highlights in my hair for the last 10 years. I never found one that really worked or made my highlights bright and pale/white. This is the first toner or treatment that actually makes my highlights look the way I want them. And you only need a small amount so it lasts a long time! Would definitely recommend for bleached hair.
