Good protection. Requires shaking a can to get continuous distribution, but mine did not work as expected. 

Iv tried 10+ suncreams for my little girl every single one gave her rashes until we found this! Super easy to spray and rub in! Not thick and sticky at all. Doesn’t stain clothes

My 7yo son has quite sensitive skin & the usual suntan lotions leave him spotty & with a rash. This one was great - he had no spots or clogged skin & was rash free. He was in & out of the pool constantly with no problems so I'd say it's very waterproof too. Will def purchase again.
