yes, its indeed an thicker textured floral water and its easy to absorb, smell like, flower, XD. I had always use the toners and serums and they are mostly nice scent if they are natural. but this is very really natural that u can really tell its original smell that haven't been processing or mixing. well, the smell actually nice, but am not a big fan of it. PS, used it once for a paper mask, a bit brightening effect can tell, but its not the main point for me...
