It feels lovely on the skin. But what I really don't understand is why an overnight body serum would be scented with a strong energising chemically-citrus fragrance instead of a nice relaxing mellow evening scent. There is no way I could sleep with this on so this will only be used in the day time. Lucky I bought it on the sale else I'd have probably returned it at full price

This leaves my skin so smooth. Great for shins and upper arms and everywhere inbetween! 

This product is a pleasure to use. It smells amazing and very uplifting. It absorbs well. I generally focus on my problem areas. Elbows and the little bumps at the tops of arms and I definitely have noticed a difference in how smooth bits look and feel.

Mio was not a brand I was aware of but decided the free gift looked interesting . I am so glad I did .  This Sleep Smoothie is magnificent , light orange blossom neroli scent , skin appears instantly more radiant and it really does help you drift into a relaxing tranquil state . You wake up revitalised with glowing skin .  This is by far my new favourite brand !
