Directions:

Stimulate your head with a massage that increases blood flow to the scalp, helping hair stay glossy and healthy. Wet hair thoroughly, apply shampoo to hands and massage for two to three minutes using fingertips to cover the whole head, starting at the base of the neck. Spend time rinsing the day away too.
