I have been taking these for a few months and I have notice a change in my skin 

Cannot say much about the effect since collagen works only years after

I had been on the fence about taking collagen tablets for a while and now I’m asking why I waited. I’ve been taking these for a couple weeks now and find a big difference in my skin, not just on my face but my body. Skin isn’t as dry as it normally is and find my face a bit more plump and full.  My nails are growing at a ridiculous rate (now need to get my nails done every 10 days).  I have a hip issue and find I’m getting more movement and can last a bit longer at the gym. 

These collagen capsules I found to be very good quality and they are slightly smaller than other ones which is good. Great value too.

Been using these a couple weeks now and I'm sure my nails feel stronger. Too early to notice any difference in my skin/hair though. For the price, I'll buy again.
