Ive been struggling to get to sleep lately and the scent has really helped me! I wouldnt be without it!

Wasn't the scent I was expecting but still nice, not sure it's helping me get to sleep better but still enjoying it. Even next morning you can smell it

Really lovely smelling pillow mist- I was worried it would be quite heavy on the lavender which I find a lot of these sprays can be but this one isn’t.  I wouldn’t say this helps me sleep more soundly/for longer, hence giving 4 instead of 5 stars, but I would say it does help me to fall asleep quicker.
