This eye cream is smooth to apply and I saw that it was recommended on a budget. However, I didn’t find the motivation to apply it every day like you would with a product that you love, so I wouldn’t ever repurchase. 

I’ve purchased this many times so hydrating doesn’t peel under make up have tried others in between and always go back to this
