feels pretty smooth when applying, but a bit on the dry side, doesn’t lock moisture in very well, but I like that it smells like it doesn’t have fragrance and my skin doesn’t react to it, good for the price

I really wanted to like this but it did nothing long term for my lips. By longterm I mean atheist 3 hours. I had reapply it didn't help with dryness it just sat on my lips and accentuated the dryness.
