I’ve used this for well over a year. Total honestly, at first I only saw a reduction in my face oiliness, probably about a month ... I decided to stop taking and boy did I notice how much it really does help both skin AND hair after about 2 weeks off the pills! Now that I’ve religiously used for over a year, it has increasingly gotten better. I went 3 days last week without washing my hair ... THIS STUFF WORKS!

I've bought these Last year from another site, after I've used them for just 3 weeks i was amazed, my hair starter being more strenght and shinny. Now that I found again these I know what I have to do. I m all in for them.
